By using thatryan.com or any services offered by Ryan Olson (“thatryan.com,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
We provide managed WordPress hosting, website care plans, booking and payment setup (Flow), custom development, and iOS applications. Services are described on our website and may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services with reasonable notice.
Payment and billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services selected. Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. One-time fees (launch fees, migration fees, support blocks, add-ons) are charged prior to work beginning and are non-refundable once work has started. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information, providing content and materials needed for your project in a timely manner, ensuring your website content complies with applicable laws, and not using our services for unlawful, abusive, or spam-related purposes.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or any activity that harms our infrastructure or other clients. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you before suspension except in cases of severe violation. You may cancel at any time per our cancellation policy.
Scope of service
Monthly hosting plans cover platform care — updates, backups, security monitoring, and support within plan limits. Content edits, redesigns, new features, and custom development are handled separately via support blocks or quoted projects and are not included in monthly plan fees unless explicitly stated.
iOS applications
iOS apps published by Ryan Olson (thatryan) on the Apple App Store are provided “as is.” App purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds for app purchases are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by iOS updates or Apple platform changes.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in Placer County, California.
