Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date and your site will remain active until the period ends.
Refunds — monthly plans
New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will process a refund promptly. After 30 days, monthly plan payments are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds once work has begun or payment has been processed:
- Launch fees and migration fees
- Support blocks (hourly time packages)
- Custom development work
- Flow and Flow Concierge booking setup fees
- Domain registrations (if applicable)
- Add-on services once delivered
iOS app purchases
iOS app purchases (including LightsOut) are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
