What booking platform do you use?

We work with established booking platforms that fit the business type and budget. We handle the setup, configuration, and integration with your site — you don’t need to research or compare tools.

Do I own my booking account?

Yes. Your booking account, payment account, and domain are always yours. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.

How do online payments work?

Clients typically own their own payment account (usually Stripe). We connect and configure it as part of the Flow setup. Taking deposits or full payment at booking is optional — you decide what works for your business.

Can I add more than 5 services or more than 1 staff calendar?

Yes — additional calendars and services are available as an add-on. Pricing depends on the booking setup needed. Just let us know what you need in the get-started form.

I already have a WordPress site. Can I add Flow to it?

If you’re already on a Care or Growth plan, get in touch and we’ll work out the best path. If you’re on another host or platform, we’ll migrate your site as part of the Flow setup.
