Common questions
What does migration actually mean?
Most clients come from Wix, Squarespace, or an old WordPress site. Migration usually means rebuilding your site on WordPress — we transfer your content, images, and basic SEO settings. Complex layouts, booking systems, or stores may need to be rebuilt. Migration fees reflect that work and include your launch fee.
Do I own my domain and hosting account?
Yes, always. Your domain stays in your name. If you ever want to move on, you can take it with you. We manage the technical side — DNS, SSL, server configuration — but ownership is always yours.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Support blocks are the answer. You can purchase 2, 5, or 10 hours of support time for edits, new features, or anything outside your monthly plan. They expire in 90 days, so they work best for active projects.
What is the difference between a launch fee and a migration fee?
The launch fee covers setting up a brand new WordPress site from scratch. The migration fee covers moving an existing site — which often means rebuilding from Wix, Squarespace, or a legacy WordPress install. Migration fees include the launch fee, so you are not paying both.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Just reach out and we will handle it.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed monthly via Stripe. One-time fees — launch, migration, add-ons — are invoiced separately before work begins. No annual contracts required.
How does the AI chat setup work?
We install a lightweight chat widget on your site and train it on your services, FAQs, and business info so it can answer common visitor questions automatically. You own the chat account and conversations — we just set it up.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor uptime around the clock. If something goes down, we are on it. Issues caused by plugin conflicts or updates are fixed as part of your plan. Custom development issues or third-party service problems may require support block time depending on the cause.
