Why does my flashlight turn off when I lock my phone?
iOS restricts flashlight access for third party apps when
the screen locks. LightsOut keeps your screen on during
the timer to prevent this.
Why does the timer pause when I swipe away the app?
LightsOut pauses your timer when the app is closed to
save battery. When you reopen the app you’ll see a
resume prompt with your remaining time.
Does LightsOut access my camera or photos?
No. LightsOut only uses the camera framework to control
your flashlight. It never accesses your camera, photos,
or any personal data.
Does LightsOut show ads?
Never. LightsOut is a one time purchase with no ads,
no subscriptions, and no in app purchases.
